Why 2019 will be a year to remember

As 2019 is well underway we are already looking forward to a brilliant year

Back in 2018 we had just moved out of our small office in Diamond House in Wellingborough in to our new building at The Stables in Irchester and were busy painting the walls our trademark purple.

Back then we had no idea what 2019 would hold for us.

Now, as we move into 2019, we are on the cusp of some other big changes in the business. Namely opening our second office in Bristol, which is a big deal for us. The office ‘went live’ in November and we are slowly making ourselves known on the local business scene. We attended the Business Expo 2018 on the 27th November and were warmly welcomed by so many great Bristol businesses who we are keen to stay in touch with see again.

Our Bristol office will offer a remote IT support service for businesses in the area, where they will be able to pay a small fee each month to have their own IT support team at the end of a phone. Whilst we have no immediate plans to create jobs in Bristol, we will be looking for IT service engineers and customer account managers in the coming months. We will also look to introduce more services as the business grows as we did in Northamptonshire.

Bristol is a city close to our hearts as Steve grew up there, knows the area well and still has family connections there. We are so proud of what we have achieved in Northamptonshire and wanted to repeat it in another part of the UK.

It has been great reflecting on the last few months and seeing how much the business has grown not just in terms of client and staff numbers, but also in reputation. We know 2019 will be another great year for the business and look forward to building up a good working relationship with other businesses in Bristol and supporting them with their IT needs.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without our amazing clients – thank you to each and every one of you who has who has supported us on this amazing journey.
